Her unique background in both Social Work and Criminal Justice provides a comprehensive understanding of the personal and systemic hurdles her clients may face.

Stephani specializes in providing therapy and case management for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, skillfully addressing their complex behavioral needs. She is also highly experienced in supporting clients with multifaceted psychiatric and mental health conditions. With advanced training in trauma-informed care, medical social work, and child play therapy, Stephani is equipped to create a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic environment for clients from all walks of life.

Lisa Beard PT, CCM

Physical Therapist \ Certified Case Manager

Lisa Beard, MS, PT, is an experienced Physical Therapist with 19 years of experience. She specializes in pediatrics, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Lisa is knowledgeable in cranial sacral therapy, manual therapy, play-based interventions, and chronic pain. She has worked in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home and community-based settings. In addition to her therapeutic work, Lisa also provides case management services.

Lisa Grabiel, MS, OTRL, CCM is an occupational therapist with 9 years of experience. She has worked in various settings, including acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, with a focus on neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations. For the past 5 years, she has specialized in home and community-based therapy for brain injury and neurological disorders. Lisa takes a psychosocial approach, setting client-centered goals to meet individual functional needs. She values collaboration with clients, families, and the community to promote independence. Lisa is also skilled in conducting assessments and providing comprehensive care coordination.

Rosy’s practice centers on guiding individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) through their recovery. She excels at helping clients navigate the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges associated with TBI, focusing on building skills that foster rehabilitation and a successful return to daily life. Her compassionate, goal-oriented approach makes her a dedicated ally for those on their path to healing.
